At PRIMAL Contact Lenses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your contact lens vials or boxes are unopened, untampered, and still in their original sterile packaging to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked service.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
