Are PRIMAL contact lenses safe for my eyes?

Yes, safety is our priority. All PRIMAL contact lenses are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are cleared by the FDA and Health Canada. We use high-quality, breathable materials to ensure comfort and eye health.

Do I need a prescription to order lenses?

While many of our lenses are available for cosmetic use (plano/0.00), we strongly recommend having an up-to-date prescription from an eye care professional. In many jurisdictions, a valid prescription is required by law even for non-corrective lenses.

How long can I wear my contact lenses?

We offer various durations, including daily disposables and 3-month (90-day) reusable lenses. Reusable lenses must be cleaned and stored in fresh saline solution after each use. Never sleep in your lenses unless specified by a doctor.

What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?

We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within North America, while international shipping may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.

Can I return or exchange my lenses if I change my mind?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed, and undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once the sterile blister pack is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return.
